We have both private and community ice and sauna rooms. The community room is a flat monthly fee and may be used at any time during normal operating hours. The room features two ice bath tubs, a commercial ice machine and an infrared sauna. The private room features a self cooling cold plunge with an adjustable temperature that can go as cool as 42 degrees.
